These Terms of Service govern your use of the BoStella website, BoStella Academy, customer portal, applications, products, and services. By accessing or using our website, creating an account, submitting an application, purchasing a puppy, or participating in any BoStella services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.
Our Foundation
Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Be legally capable of entering into agreements
BoStella reserves the right to refuse service or deny applications at its sole discretion.
Thoughtful Placement
BoStella is committed to responsibly placing every puppy into safe, loving, and permanent homes.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or puppy availability.
BoStella reserves the right to decline any application if we believe it is not in the best interest of the puppy.
Adoption Journey
The Process
Applications
Applicants agree to provide complete and accurate information throughout the adoption process. BoStella may request additional information, interviews, or documentation before approving an application.
False or misleading information may result in denial or cancellation of the adoption process.
Communication
All prospective and current puppy owners are required to communicate directly with BoStella throughout the adoption process. This policy helps:
- Prevent fraud
- Protect buyers and our puppies
- Maintain transparency
- Ensure a premium customer experience
BoStella does not authorize third-party representatives to negotiate puppy sales without written approval.
Pricing & Payments
Pricing is subject to change without notice until a reservation has been confirmed. Accepted deposits reserve a specific puppy. Final payment must be completed according to the agreed-upon timeline before pickup or delivery.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Security Deposits
Security deposits reserve a puppy after application approval. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are considered non-transferable and subject to the terms of the reservation agreement.
Wellbeing & Logistics
Clear expectations regarding the health, microchipping, and safe delivery of every BoStella puppy.
Health & Veterinary Care
Every BoStella puppy receives age-appropriate veterinary care prior to going home, ensuring they begin their new journey on a solid foundation.

- Comprehensive health records
Microchip Registration
For added security and peace of mind, BoStella professionally microchips every puppy prior to placement. Upon taking ownership, owners are responsible for completing any required registration updates to ensure their contact information remains current in the national database.
Delivery
BoStella prioritizes the safety and wellbeing of every puppy over delivery schedules. All provided dates are estimates only, as transportation may change due to:
- Weather & travel conditions
- Airline & carrier schedules
- Puppy health considerations
Digital Ecosystem
BoStella Academy
BoStella Academy is provided as a complimentary educational resource. Course materials are intended for informational purposes only and do not replace professional veterinary advice.
Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell BoStella Academy content without written permission.
Customer Portal
Customers may create an account through app.bostella.com to access:
- Application status
- Puppy milestones
- Educational content
- Delivery updates
- Photos
- Account information
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership
All content on the BoStella website, including:
- Logos & Branding
- Photography & Videos
- Written content
- Educational materials
- BoStella Academy
is the intellectual property of BoStella and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
GOVERNANCE

Limitation of Liability
BoStella is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, educational resources, customer portal, or services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
